Fred Sullins, founder of Sullins Johnston Rohrbach & Magers, began the firm in 1971 with a broad background in U.S. federal taxation, estate tax, and probate and trust practice. Mr. Sullins continued to practice law and serve as a director of the firm until his death. His legal background included service with the U.S. Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service. Fred was an "old school" lawyer and grounded the firm on a bedrock of integrity and trust. Although Fred is no longer with us, we continue the strong legal principles he practiced his entire career. As Fred liked to say, "Our word is our brand."
