Brandi Lafferty joined SJRM in 2010 as a New Business Analyst in the Lien Recovery Unit, bringing along valuable experience as an intelligence analyst in the US Army. She used her analyst skills to develop and refine healthcare revenue cycle database procedures and processes in the Lien Recovery Unit. Ms. Lafferty is now Assistant Manager, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, where she manages day-to-day healthcare revenue cycle database processes, support staff, and new client interfaces.
